WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Most in-stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering; however, many of our items are 
hand strung and created especially for you and can take up to 72 hours to process.

Please note that occasionally an item(s) may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. You will be alerted in either instance and will be provided an approximate date of shipment. Any shipping delay will be communicated to you at the time of your order.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders should be received within 1-5 days from date of shipment.  A tracking number can be provided for personal tracking once it leaves our location located in Tyler, Texas USA.  Should you need your item(s) overnight for next day delivery, the order must be placed by 11:00am and be an in stock item.  If ordering semi precious or other customized pieces -

WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

Orders are shipped either USPS or UPS ground, two day and overnight.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Sterling Grace offers flat rate shipping that starts at $6.80 via the United States Postal Service for orders placed at sterlinggracejewelry.com. To participate, simply add merchandise to your shopping cart and select the flat rate shipping at checkout. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent with your shipping confirmation.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Sterling Grace offers shipments via UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2 Day Select, and Next Day Air. Shipping charges start at $8.95 for UPS shipments. UPS Ground may take up to 2-10 business days so please consider selecting an expedited service if you need your order sooner. Sterling Grace is not responsible for delayed or lost shipments.

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $100

Free shipping offer valid on orders shipped in the United States and applies to Flat Rate shipping only. If you choose UPS Ground, UPS 3-day, UPS 2-Day or UPS Overnight Shipping, regular charges will apply. Previous purchases are not eligible for adjustments.

To participate, simply add merchandise to your shopping cart and Free Ground Shipping will automatically be applied. You must select the “Ground Shipping” option to receive the free shipping offer.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL?

Currently, Sterling Grace cannot ship internationally.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Sterling Grace jewelry is guaranteed to meet your expectations.  If for any reason an item does not meet that expectation, return it to us in it’s original packaging, un-used with proof of purchase within 30 days for an exchange, or an online, or in-store credit.

Note: Special Made-to-Order (customization) items are non-returnable for any reason.

If an item is damaged upon receipt please call (903) 581- 2929 within 72 hours of receipt. An exact replacement will be issued within two days upon return receipt of the damaged item.
