Praise Him with trumpet sound; Praise Him with harp and lyre. Praise Him with timbrel and dancing; Praise Him with stringed instruments and pipe. Praise Him with loud cymbals; Praise Him with resounding cymbals. Psalm 150:3-5

Adoration means to give worship and reverence to God. As David worshipped God, he would sing and dance unto the Lord. As worship, the musical instruments were played for and unto Him. Musicians help to usher worshippers into the presence of God.

Let everything that has breath praise the Lord. Praise the Lord! Psalm 150:6
